Job Description

Established company looking for an experienced MDS Coordinator for a skilled nursing facility in Greater Baltimore. MDS will be responsible for monitoring the gathering of information for assessments and care plans; oversee the completion of PPS, OBRA assessments and RAPS. Will work with other team members to assess new admissions. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as MDS Coordinator; Must be a Registered Nurse.
