The Chief Operating Officer will plan, organize, and control all the day-to-day activities of the Bank; collaborate with the President/Chief Executive Officer in the overall administration of the Bank. Responsible for the management of a portion of the Bank's activities to ensure maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public. Major Bank functions reporting to the position of Chief Operating Officer are branch operations, human resources, business development resources, and other functions as designated. Develop and implement space-planning strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Provide a high level of customer relations and service; and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Assist in attaining established Bank operational and financial goals. Perform supervisory duties of department staff, coordinate staff for coverage in all related areas of the department.
Job Qualifications
Must have 5+ years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred; Must have vendor experience and the ability to balance multiple tasks as the COO will be responsible for multiple locations; Must have a strong background in leadership and management.
