Job Description
Established company looking for a strong and energetic licensed nursing home administrator to lead their 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma. The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The Administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, consistent with the facility's obligations at law and under the applicable policies and procedures and achieving business development goals and results. Job Qualifications
2+ years of experience as nursing home administrator; current nursing home administrator license.
