Job Description

Established company is looking for a dynamic leader for the position of Director of Nursing in their skilled nursing facility in South/Southwest St. Louis. The DON will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the skilled nursing operations in accordance with federal, state and local standards; promote the highest degree of quality care and services for residents of this 100 bed facility.

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in long term care; will consider ADON or MDS coordinator; must have knowledge of MDS, LTC regulations, the survey process and work well in team leadership; must have ability to handle multiple priorities, possess written and verbal skills for effective communication; must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
